Jansen quoted in The Washington Times, (Freezing nuns a result of Patriot Act move) “This law [USA PATRIOT Act] is causing so many problems without any demonstrable successes,” said J. Bradley Jansen, director of the Center for Financial Privacy and Human Rights, part of the Liberty and Privacy Network in the District. “The Banking Secrecy Act has been on the books since the 1970s.
